Dan is a speaker for Sales and Marketing Executives. He has spent the last 36 years in sales, sales management, and marketing: 8 years with the Hoover Company in merchandising and wholesale sales and sales management; 5 years with Telecom North in telecommunications sales management and marketing; and 23 years with Exsell in sales, sales management training, and sales strategy consulting. He understands what is required to be a successful professional businessperson in today’s marketplace. He also understands the requirements a company needs for continued growth.
Principal with Exsell, began his career in sales in 1986 and has been with the firm since 1992.
He works with company presidents and owners, vice-presidents of sales and marketing, sales managers and professional sales people, helping them adapt their sales cultures and get stronger in strategic sales planning. A dynamic trainer and speaker, Jim has presented to sales teams, TEC groups and SME associations throughout Wisconsin and the country. He has resided in Green Bay since 1960 and attained a BA degree in History from UW-Green Bay in 1977.
